参赛作品应具原创性，无知识产权争议。因知识产权引起的任何实际侵权责任由参赛选手承担。
Competition entries shall be original and free from any intellectual property disputes. Any actual infringement liability arising from intellectual property issues shall be borne by the participants.
所有参赛作品的知识产权的保护均取决于项目来源或相关约定。参赛选手可自行为参赛作品申请国家知识产权保护，组委会不涉及相关事宜。
The intellectual property protection of all entries depends on the project source or related agreements. Participants may apply for national intellectual property protection for their entries at their own discretion. The organizing committee will be not involved in these matters.
各参赛培养单位严格审查参赛选手资格，若出现参赛选手资格问题，取消该作品参赛资格、参赛培养单位评优资格及承办单位申请权，并通报组委会各委员单位。
Participating institutions shall strictly review the qualifications of participants. If any issues regarding participant qualifications arise, relevant entry will be disqualified, and the qualification for evaluation of training units of participants and the right to apply of organizers will be revoked, and this will be reported to all member units of the organizing committee.
参赛选手不得运用非法手段窃取他人技术数据、创意设计方案等，如出现此类问题，取消参赛选手资格并通报其所在培养单位，由所在培养单位给予相应处罚。
Participants shall not use any illegal means to steal technical data or creative design plans from others. If such issues occur, the participant's eligibility will be revoked, and this will be reported to the participant's institution, which will then impose appropriate punishment.
组织委员会、运行委员会等各职能部门严格遵守大赛各项规章、制度，做到公正、公平、公开，若出现渎职、包庇等行为，取消相关作品资格及责任人职务，并通报大赛各联合发起单位。
All functional departments, such as the organizing committee and the executive committee, shall strictly abide by the competition's regulations and systems, ensuring fairness, justice, and transparency. If any misconduct or cover-ups are found, the qualifications of the related entries and the positions of the responsible persons will be revoked, and this will be reported to all joint initiating units of the competition.
